If you intend to become a member of this platform, please read this "OilChem User Agreement" and legal statement in detail. If you agree, it means that you have signed this OilChem User Agreement with our company and are willing to enjoy the rights and fulfill the obligations in accordance with the OilChem User Agreement.

Any natural person with full legal capacity can register as a member of this OilChem platform for free and enjoy the services provided by this platform for members.

Lawfully established enterprises, institutions, and other entities may also register as members of the OilChem platform under the conditions and procedures stipulated in the OilChem User Agreement, enjoy relevant rights, and fulfill relevant obligations.

Members of the OilChem platform must comply with relevant laws, regulations, and government rules on internet management, such as the "Internet Information Service Management Measures" and the "Internet Electronic Announcement Service Management Regulations".

The OilChem platform has the right to unilaterally modify, add or delete relevant content of the OilChem User Agreement at any time according to objective changes in the situation or the objective needs of the platform's development, and publicize it on the platform. After the announcement, if members do not agree with the relevant modifications, additions, or deletions to the service agreement, they may voluntarily stop using the service items of the OilChem platform. If members continue to use the service agreement after the platform has announced the relevant agreement, they accept the revised terms of the OilChem User Agreement.

For members who do not accept or violate the terms of the OilChem User Agreement, the OilChem platform has the right to change or cancel part or all of the services provided to the member without prior notice, and has the right to refuse, suspend or terminate their membership at any time. The OilChem platform has the right to adjust the admission qualifications and review standards of members based on objective changes. Those who do not meet the conditions will have their membership cancelled.

Those who intend to apply to become members of the OilChem platform should provide accurate and complete information reflecting the true situation of the applicant's unit or individual in accordance with the requirements of the membership registration application form published on the OilChem platform when registering, and should update the information in a timely manner to ensure its validity; If it is found that the information provided by the applicant is false or not updated in a timely manner, the OilChem platform will consider the applicant or member to have violated their integrity obligations and has the right to take corresponding measures, including not accepting the application, suspending or canceling membership. The OilChem platform shall not be held responsible for any adverse effects or losses caused by members providing registration information that does not meet the requirements.

All members of the OilChem platform are divided into free members, trial members, and official members. After paying the corresponding fees in accordance with regulations, free members and trial members can upgrade to official members.

All members who register using their mobile phones are deemed to agree to receive information and business opportunities sent by the OilChem platform and its registered members.

Members should take reasonable steps to secure their username, password, and other relevant identification parameters that need to be entered when logging into the OilChem platform, and be responsible for keeping them confidential. Members shall be responsible for all actions that occur under their own username, password, and other relevant identification parameters. If any adverse effects or losses are caused, the OilChem platform shall not be held responsible and reserves the right to cancel membership and pursue legal responsibility. Members should immediately notify the OilChem platform when they discover someone illegally using their username, password, and other relevant identification parameters.

Members shall be responsible for all information they publish or send on the OilChem platform. If the OilChem platform believes that any information posted or sent by users on the OilChem platform may have adverse effects or losses on the OilChem platform, other users on the platform, or related third parties, the OilChem platform has the right to take appropriate measures and reserves the right to cancel some or all services for the member.

The various information and member materials provided on the OilChem platform are for user reference and reference only, and do not constitute decision-making advice or guidance for their participation in investment and other related activities. The user shall bear full responsibility for any consequences resulting from decisions made based on trust in this information. Without permission from the OilChem platform, users are not allowed to copy, disseminate, or repost relevant information.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the OilChem platform shall not be held responsible for any risks or losses incurred by members using the services of this platform as a result of force majeure, restrictions on policies and technologies of Internet operators, banks, governments, etc., and any unforeseen factors may lead to delay, interruption and loss of data transmission on the OilChem platform.

The OilChem platform does not assume any responsibility for the link services provided by the OilChem platform. The platform shall not be held responsible for any direct or indirect losses caused by users linking information and resources from other websites through the OilChem platform.

The ultimate interpretation rights of the OilChem User Agreement belongs to the OilChem platform and our company.
