1. How does OilChem collect and use users' personal information?

In the process of using OilChem's various business functions (hereinafter referred to as "services"), OilChem needs to collect some of users information in order to provide users with services, improve OilChem service quality, safeguard users account information, and comply with national laws, regulations, and regulatory requirements.

A. Instructions for Obtaining APP Permissions

In order to provide users with services and ensure the security of your information, OilChem may need to apply to users for the following permissions within the necessary scope. Please rest assured that OilChem will not grant these permissions by default. OilChem may only collect users information through these permissions if users actively confirm their activation. It should be noted that obtaining specific permissions does not necessarily mean that OilChem will collect users relevant information; Even if users have confirmed granting OilChem permission, OilChem will still collect users relevant information within the legal, legitimate, and necessary scope.

I. Read and write memory permissions: When users install the OilChem app, OilChem app will apply to users to obtain this permission in order to ensure the stable operation of the OilChem app. OilChem app promises to only read and cache necessary information. If users choose not to enable this permission, users will not be able to use specific functions related to this permission, but it will not affect the use of OilChem app to provide other services.

II. Camera and Album Permissions: When users use profile image settings, screenshot feedback, screenshot sharing, and image content saving functions, users need to enable profile permissions and/or album permissions (depending on the specific function users are using) in order for users to perform real-time shooting, image uploading, or image saving. If users choose not to enable response permissions, users will not be able to use specific functions related to real-time shooting, image uploading, or image saving, but it will not affect the use of other services provided by OilChem app.

B. Information Collected

I. OilChem collects the necessary information to achieve product functionality according to the principles of legality, legitimacy, and necessity.

(1) The information users provided during account registration, login, and authentication;

The phone number users provided when registering and logging into your OilChem account.

(2) The information users operate while using the service;

The profile and shared updates (including text, photos, and audio information) users upload while using OilChem app.

When users use the save image function, OilChem will request that users authorize camera and photo permissions. If users refuse to provide authorization, users will not be able to use this feature, but it will not affect the normal use of other functions of OilChem app.

(3) The information users submit through the contact/feedback channels OilChem provides or when participating in OilChem events;

The survey questionnaire users fill out when participating in OilChem online activities, which may include users name, phone number, company, and address information.

(4) Some of OilChem services may require users to provide specific sensitive personal information to achieve specific functions. If users choose not to provide this type of information, users may not be able to use specific functions in the service normally, but it does not affect the use of other functions in the service. If users voluntarily provide his/her personal sensitive information, it means that users agree to OilChem processing users personal sensitive information in accordance with the purposes and methods described in this policy.

II. The information OilChem obtains when users are using the service;

(1) Network logs and device information

When you use OilChem services, OilChem may automatically collect and store the following relevant information.

Client hardware features: device model, device hardware serial number, operating system version information;

Software feature information: software version number, browser type; OilChem collects information about the mobile applications and other software users use to ensure the security of the operating environment or to provide necessary services.

IP address information: OilChem may obtain the location information of users device through IP address, WLAN (such as WIFI), or base station to provide users with relevant services, but OilChem will not record your precise location.

Service log information: The information users search and view while using OilChem services, service failure information, and other similar types of information;

To identify OilChem device ID, prevent malicious programs and cheating, improve service security, and ensure operational quality and efficiency, OilChem collects users device information (including IMEI, MEID Android ID, IMSl, UID, MAC address), as well as information about users installed apps or running processes.

Android system version Android ID information: In order to ensure that OilChem can use the functions and services provided by third-party SDK service providers normally, the third-party SDK will obtain the Android ID in the background state to help developers use statistics and analyze services, so that developers can analyze and optimize the functionality and experience of their mobile applications.

(2) Self start and associated start instructions

a. To ensure that this application can receive the notification pushed by the client normally when it is closed or running in the background, it must use the (self start) capability to broadcast and wake up the application's self start or associated start behavior through the system at a certain frequency, which is necessary for implementing functions and services.

b. When users open the notification pushed by the OilChem APP, with users explicit consent, users will be redirected to open the relevant content on the OilChem APP. Without your consent, there will be no self startup or associated startup.

(3) Other relevant information

In order to help users better use OilChem products or services, OilChem may collect relevant information other than the information listed above. For example, OilChem may collect relevant information for research, statistical analysis, and prediction purposes to improve products and make commercial decisions. At the same time, when users contact us, in order to verify the identity, OilChem may record users conversations with OilChem and collect other necessary information to solve the problem.

In any case, OilChem will still follow the principles of "minimum" and "necessity" when collecting the above information, and will also do a good job in protecting relevant data in accordance with regulations.

III. Exceptions to obtaining consent

Please be fully aware that in the following situations, OilChem do not need to (again) obtain users authorization and consent for the collection and use of personal information.

(1) Related to national security and defense security;

(2) Related to public safety, public health, and major public interests;

(3) Related to criminal investigation, prosecution, trial, and execution of judgments;

C. How does OilChem use the collected information

I. OilChem strictly comply with the provisions of laws and regulations and agreements with users, and will use the collected information for the following purposes. If OilChem use users information beyond the following purposes, OilChem will explain to you again and obtain your consent:

(1) Provide services to you.

(2) Product development and service optimization: When OilChem system malfunctions, OilChem records and analyzes the information generated during the system failure to optimize OilChem services.

(3) Security guarantee.

For example, OilChem will use your information for purposes such as identity verification, security prevention, anti fraud monitoring, archive backup, and customer security services.

2. Use and management of COOKIES and similar technologies

The use and management of cookies and related technologies

A. COOKIES

C. Do Not Track

3. How does OilChem share, transfer, and publicly disclose users personal information?

When engaging in related sharing, transfer, and public disclosure activities, OilChem will only share, transfer, and publicly disclose necessary personal information, and be bound by the purposes stated in this policy.

A. Use and provision of personal information

Without users consent, OilChem will not share your personal information with any company, organization, or individual outside of itself, except in the following circumstances:

III. Sharing with authorized partners of OilChem: OilChem will entrust authorized partners to provide users with certain services or perform certain functions on our behalf. To ensure the security of users' personal information, OilChem will sign corresponding personal information use or confidentiality agreements with OilChem partners before sharing users personal information, requiring them to handle personal information in accordance with our instructions, this policy, and any other relevant confidentiality and security measures.

At present, OilChem authorized partners include the following types:

(1) Authorized partners for advertising and analytics services. Unless OilChem obtain users permission or comply with regulations to de identify or anonymize data, OilChem will not share users personal identity information with partners who provide advertising and analysis services. OilChem may provide these partners with information about the coverage and effectiveness of their planning reports, but OilChem will not provide your personal identity information, or OilChem will anonymize and aggregate this information to ensure that it does not identify you personally. (2) Suppliers, service providers, and other partners. Based on business needs, OilChem may send information to suppliers, service providers, and other partners who support our business. This support includes providing technical infrastructure services, analyzing how our services are used, measuring the effectiveness of advertising and services, providing customer service, or conducting academic research and surveys. Specifically, when it comes to storage services, OilChem will take strict confidentiality measures for the content of storage services provided in accordance with regulations. OilChem Third Party SDK List

In order to ensure the realization of application functions and safe and stable operation, some functions will be accessed and software development kits (SDKs) provided by a third party will achieve relevant purposes. OilChem will strictly monitor the security of software tool development kits (SDKs) where partners obtain information to protect data security. Among them, the type/scope of personal information collected and shared by the Alliance SDK: device identification information (including device identifier, IOS advertising identifier, IP address, Internet service provider and network status), IMSI, installed application list, browser, session start/stop time. For more information on the collection and use of user information by third-party SDKs for OilChem access, please refer to the "List of Third Party Cooperation"

Tip: Third party SDKs may have certain changes in data processing types due to version upgrades, policy adjustments, and other reasons. Please refer to their official instructions for accuracy.

B. Transfer

OilChem will not transfer your personal information to any company, organization, or individual, except in the following circumstances.

I. With your explicit consent;

When it comes to mergers, acquisitions, or bankruptcy liquidation, if there is a transfer of personal information, OilChem will require the new company or organization holding your personal information to continue to be bound by this policy. Otherwise, OilChem will require the company or organization to seek your authorization and consent again;

According to laws and regulations, sharing and transferring personal information that has undergone de identification processing, and ensuring that the recipient cannot recover and re identify the subject of the personal information, does not constitute external sharing, transfer, or public disclosure of personal information. The storage and processing of such data will not require separate notification to you and your consent.

4. How does OilChem protect and store users' personal information?

A. Protection of Personal Information

I. OilChem will conduct level and security assessments in accordance with relevant regulations.

II. We will take reasonable and feasible measures to avoid collecting irrelevant personal information as much as possible. The personal information we collect and generate within the territory of the People's Republic of China is stored within the territory of the People's Republic of China.

III. OilChem has strict data protection and management measures, and we will take security measures to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, use, disclosure, modification, damage or loss, and other forms of illegal processing.

IV. If the security of the data obtained and stored by OilChem is unfortunately compromised, or if non-public information of users is disclosed to unrelated third parties due to external behavior (such as hacker attacks), OilChem will activate emergency plans, form an emergency response team, initiate processes, conduct internal investigations, report and notify regulatory departments, and cooperate with regulatory departments to reduce the impact of accidents on users. V. If our product or service ceases to operate, OilChem will promptly stop the activity of collecting your personal information and inform you of the cessation of operation through push notifications, announcements, and other forms. Anyway, OilChem will delete or anonymize the personal information OilChem hold about you after terminating the service or operation.

B. Storage of personal information

OilChem will take appropriate security measures and technical means to store and protect your personal information, in order to prevent loss, misuse, unauthorized access or leakage, tampering or destruction. OilChem will only store personal information for the necessary period to achieve the goals of this privacy policy, according to the storage period corresponding to different levels of personal information. The storage period strictly follows the laws and relevant regulations. According to the provisions of this clause, OilChem only allow third parties such as employees who need to know this information to access personal information and require them to fulfill corresponding confidentiality obligations.

5. How does OilChem access and control users' personal information?

You can access, update/correct, delete your personal information or change the scope of authorization and consent through relevant channels. Log in to your personal account through the OilChem website and app, and in the "Account Management" section, view your identity information, account information, modify your personal information, or make relevant privacy and security settings.

A. Accessing and modifying personal information

After completing account registration and conducting reasonable and necessary identity verification, you can view, modify, and delete the personal information you have submitted. Generally, you can browse and modify the information you have submitted at any time. However, due to security and identity recognition considerations (such as number appeal services), you may not be able to modify certain initial registration and verification information provided during registration.

B. Update and correct personal information

You have the right to independently or authorize OilChem to update and correct your personal information. Based on the need for personal information protection, we may require you to verify your identity before updating/correcting certain important information.

C. Delete personal information

In the following situations, you can request OilChem to delete your personal information:

OilChem has the behavior of collecting and using your personal information without your explicit consent;

OilChem handling of personal information seriously violates our agreement with you;

OilChem handling of personal information violates the provisions of laws and regulations;

You voluntarily cancelled your account

When you or we assist you in deleting relevant information, due to applicable laws and security technologies, OilChem may not be able to immediately delete the corresponding information from the backup system. We will securely store your personal information and further isolate it, keeping it in a state where it is not retrieved or accessed within the products we provide, until the backup can be cleared or anonymized.

D. Withdrawal or change of authorization

You can set and modify the device permissions that allow OilChem clients to access through the device's own permission settings. After the relevant settings and modifications take effect, OilChem will not be able to provide corresponding services to you. Withdrawing or changing your authorization will not affect the collection and use of personal information previously conducted based on your authorization.

E. Cancel account

If you apply to cancel your personal account, OilChem will clear all information in the account and no longer collect, use or share any personal information related to the account. According to relevant laws and regulations, OilChem needs to keep your historical information separately within the prescribed time, and relevant regulatory authorities have the right to conduct inquiries in accordance with the law. 6. How can users' personal information be transferred globally?

OilChem will store personal information collected and generated during its operations within the territory of the People's Republic of China, except in the following circumstances:

B. Obtained your explicit authorization;
